Description :
Minimum 07 years of experience. Responsible for supporting, analyzing and evaluating existing processes and master data. Working with users on issues reported in the solution and work to resolution. Gather master data elements, analyze and document business processes and procedures. Define user requirements and issues to devise best practices. Work with users to achieve standardized business processes across the corporation. Analyze business cases to measure adherence to standardized practices and data governance standards. Work closely with Process Owners to transform business requirements into technical requirements. Create architecture design documents. Work closely with Programmers to ensure an understanding of business requirements and practices. Develop and document a project test plan. Manage system testing to ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release. Submit test result reports to be used for final user acceptance.
Required :
UAT, ERP, CRM, AIM, Agile, Scrum.
